Shipment traceability
- Tracking for shippers: with this service, our customers, once they have authenticated
by accessing their reserved area, can follow the progress of all their shipments in each phase of the process, from pickup of goods
to delivery to the recipient. They receive, upon acceptance, a code that uniquely identifies the shipment which they can
communicate to their customer - the recipient - so that they can independently follow the path of the goods they are to receive.
- Tracking for recipients: shipment recipients receive from their suppliers a
code that uniquely identifies the shipment, which they can use to follow the path of the goods they are to receive.
