National shipments
  • Extralarge: Kipoint manages your shipments throughout Italy thanks to the EXTRALARGE product, the versatile and competitive national express service suitable for every need; in fact it is the solution to ship with a single service, both single-package and multi-package shipments. Delivery is carried out approximately in 1/2 working days following pickup in most Italian locations. There is no limit on weight, dimensions and number of packages.
  • Hanging garments: The service to ship clothing items in Italy with Express delivery times. You can choose between two formats: "Small" up to 120cm in height, and "Large" up to 140 cm.
  • Two wheels express: It is SDA's dedicated service for transporting motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, bulky objects and various sports equipment throughout Italy and to Barcelona in Spain. Complete and safe service thanks both to the use of special metal cages inside which your goods will be inserted, and to the use of the satellite detection system placed on the cage, which will constantly monitor the shipment.
International shipments
  • Your international shipments travel without limits on weight, dimensions and number of packages to reach anywhere, in over 200 countries worldwide. A complete service, from pickup to delivery and including customs clearance operations. Furthermore, Kipoint centers offer packaging solutions suitable for all types of goods. In Kipoint centers you can choose the type of service most suitable for your needs:

  • Economy Product: By Air
    Delivery times: vary from 4 to 8 days based on the chosen destination.*
  • Road Transport Product: Delivery times: Vary based on the chosen destination and the type of service, Express or Standard.
Dedicated services
  • Post office point: Kipoint locations are part of the Post Office Point network which consists of Pickup points, commercial activities that offer package pickup and shipping services and Lockers, self-service points with extended opening hours.
    E-COMMERCE RETURNS SHIPPING: you can return your online purchases that must be shipped with Poste Italiane.
    SHIP AND HAVE PACKAGES PURCHASED WITH POSTE DELIVERY WEB DELIVERED: if you buy a shipment online with Poste Delivery Web, you can both ship it and have it delivered at Kipoint locations. You can also ship the pre-paid Poste Deliverybox Express packages purchased at one of the over 12,000 post offices throughout Italy.
  • Blue point: Our Kipoint locations are part of the SDA Express Courier acceptance network through the Blue Point service, dedicated to business customers who do not have pickup services included in shipments. If you have an SDA shipment and you are never at home for pickup or too far from the branch to deliver it, you can come to one of our stores and deliver it to us, we will ship it the same day.
  • E-commerce solutions: The INDABOX service: Indabox is the Poste Italiane Group company specialized in designing and providing services dedicated to e-Commerce customers and merchants through its network of affiliated Pickup Points. You can purchase shipping credits on the Indabox website and, after an e-commerce purchase, you can indicate the address of the Kipoint location closest to you as the destination address, where you can pick up the shipment. All IndaBox packages stored at Kipoint locations are insured against robberies and break-in thefts.
