PICKUP BOOKING
The procedure
- The request for a pickup can be made by telephone both by our regular customers and
by any company or private individual who needs to make a shipment.
- As an alternative to the phone, our pickup booking service is now also available online
- The customer authorized to access the reserved area must login (enter username and password)
before accessing the functionality. In this way the system will recognize them and make the booking procedure extremely fast.
In fact, in this case it will be necessary to enter only the recipient's data, the date, and the number of packages to be transported.
If the transport should not start from the customer's usual location, it will be possible to enter a different location.
- The user who, instead, cannot access the reserved area, will necessarily have to enter both the
recipient's data and their complete data, in order to allow us to correctly perform the service.
