Single Package Express Service Italy
  • Service Type: The customer has the possibility to ship envelopes that do not exceed 3 kg in weight and 70 cm as the sum of the 3 sides or packages up to 15 kg or up to 30 kg maximum weight and 160 cm as the sum of the 3 sides. Fixed prices per weight bands. Total coverage of the national territory. Tracking to verify the status of the shipment.

Large Service
Large Service
  • Service Type: It is a versatile product. The service is structured on multiple weight bands and the price is calculated based on weight/volume. In the case of bulky packages, the cost is calculated not only on the basis of the actual weight but also considering the volumetric weight. Tracking for shipment control.

Groupage Service
  • Service Type: With the groupage service the customer has the possibility to send any type of goods with very low costs. The service is available both in standard and express mode.
  • Delivery times: Vary based on destination and service type: per cubic meter, per volumetric weight and per linear meter.
  • Traceability: all shipments can be easily and immediately tracked through our website.

Accessory services
  • Cash on delivery: It is a service that provides for payment of the shipment content by the recipient. You can choose between different payment solutions for the goods: payment in cash or check made out to the sender.
  • Delivery by appointment: Ideal for delivering goods on the day and time agreed with the customer. The service provides for agreeing by phone with the customer an appointment for delivery. The customer thus has the possibility to plan the day and time of delivery from the start.
  • Floor delivery: Ideal for those who want to have their goods delivered directly to the recipient's floor. The service is available for both private individuals and companies.
  • Saturday delivery: Ideal both for recipients not reachable at their home on working days and for commercial activities also open on Saturday. Available in the main Italian locations.
  • Evening delivery: Shipments are delivered, usually, Monday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Time definite (delivery at predetermined time): The customer has the possibility to find the right delivery solution. For locations where this service is available there are 3 delivery modes:
    9:00 AM - maximum 15 Kg
    10:00 AM - maximum 30 Kg
    12:00 PM - maximum 30 Kg
  • Garment carrier service for hanging clothes: The service provides for shipping hanging clothing items in a garment carrier case.
  • Ad hoc service for private individuals and companies: Packaging for safe shipments. Temperature controlled.
